1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and hz999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the hz999 website located at https://hz999.cam and any related services, products or features offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

hz999 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform designed for Pakistani players. The platform covers sports betting, live casino, slots and gaming education. hz999 does not hold a Pakistan-issued gambling license. No commercial online gambling license category presently exists under Pakistani law for platforms of this type.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, all of which form part of your agreement with hz999.

3.1 Age Requirement

Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under applicable Pakistani law, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. hz999 does not represent that use of the Service is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory, and nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold a single Account on hz999. Operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein, including any pending withdrawals.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the applicable minimum age;
• Individuals residing in or accessing from a Prohibited Territory;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from the platform or from other gambling platforms under reciprocal arrangements;
• Employees, contractors, directors or associates of hz999 or its affiliated companies, or their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have previously had an Account closed by hz999 for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. hz999 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. hz999 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must notify hz999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Currency

hz999 supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a display and transaction currency, subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. Users should confirm the available account currencies at the time of registration. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a currency other than the account currency.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

hz999 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as a condition of its licensing obligations and as standard industry practice. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be triggered by large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or at hz999's discretion at any time.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, Passport, Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header);

5.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent non-compliance or submission of fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance, subject to applicable law.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hz999 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform, which may include bank transfers, mobile wallet services and cryptocurrency, subject to availability. Payment method availability may vary based on the User's account jurisdiction and the operator's current configuration.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• hz999 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and used for betting or gaming purposes, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposit options (such as BTC, ETH or USDT) are available in the cashier, the following conditions apply: the User bears full responsibility for network confirmation times and transaction fees; the credited amount is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt; cryptocurrency value fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the User's sole responsibility. Availability of crypto deposits in Pakistan is subject to applicable SBP regulations and is not guaranteed.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the User's own name that has been verified under the KYC process. The withdrawal method must, where possible, match the deposit method used. hz999 reserves the right to require additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed against Bonus Funds or associated winnings.
• hz999 may place a withdrawal on pending review for up to 72 hours as part of its standard security checks.
• No guaranteed withdrawal processing times are stated. Actual processing windows depend on the payment channel selected and the operator's internal review timelines.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusal

hz999 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: KYC verification is incomplete; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; the Account is subject to an ongoing investigation; bonus conditions have not been satisfied; or the withdrawal would otherwise breach these Terms or applicable law.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. hz999 reserves the right to void, suspend or amend markets in the event of data errors, event cancellation, force majeure or where the integrity of a market is reasonably in doubt.

9.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and odds changes. hz999 shall not be liable for bet placement delays caused by connection issues on the User's end. Bets accepted during a temporary delay in data feed updates may be voided where it is determined that the relevant event outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

9.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games, slots and live dealer products available on hz999 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer infrastructure. RTP (Return to Player) values are determined by the game supplier and are displayed in the game's help or information panel. Actual RTP figures may vary from the certified theoretical values over any given session.

9.4 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest error (palpable error) — including but not limited to an incorrectly stated price, event, date or result — hz999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. The determination of whether an error is palpable is at hz999's sole reasonable discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical aids to interact with the Service;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to hz999 immediately;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity through the platform;
• Using the platform in connection with any activity prohibited by applicable law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 of Pakistan;
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other geo-masking technology;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing hz999 staff or other Users through any platform channel.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by hz999

hz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: there is suspected breach of these Terms; the Account is under investigation for fraud or prohibited conduct; the User fails to complete KYC verification; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

11.2 Closure by User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting hz999 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise agreed.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once active, will prevent Account access for the elected exclusion period.

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the hz999 platform without prior written consent from hz999.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

14.3 User Responsibility

hz999 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity. Users accept that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Betting and gaming decisions are made solely at the User's own discretion and risk.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hz999 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the User's jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Pakistani users are reminded that this platform does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or regulation. hz999 does not represent that these Terms are compliant with Pakistani law. Users from Pakistan engage with the platform entirely at their own legal risk and are advised to seek independent legal advice if in doubt.

16. Amendments to These Terms

hz999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hz999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform interface or to the email address registered on the User's Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
